FAQ
Questions, answered
Screening, labs, safety and what to expect.
Do I need a consultation first?
Yes. Everyone completes a medical intake. IVs, NAD+, hyperbaric oxygen, hormones, peptides and weight programs also require a good-faith exam by a licensed clinician.
Which services require labs?
Advanced IVs (such as high-dose vitamin C and methylene blue), NAD+, hormone therapy, peptides and weight optimization. Your clinician decides which panels are needed.
Who might not be a candidate?
It depends on the service. Pregnancy, heart conditions, uncontrolled blood pressure, seizure history, lung or ear problems, kidney disease, and some medications can rule out certain services. We will tell you if a service isn’t appropriate.
What should I expect at my first visit?
Intake, vitals, a review of your health history and medications, and a plan. Wear comfortable clothing and arrive hydrated.
Are these treatments FDA-approved?
Some devices are FDA-cleared for specific medical uses, but wellness uses are often outside those uses. We will tell you the status of each service and never promise a specific result.
Is it safe?
Every service carries some risk. We reduce it with screening, trained staff, monitoring and emergency protocols. You can stop any session at any time.
Do you take insurance?
Parnasa Lounge is currently self-pay. [Decision pending: HSA/FSA guidance.]
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged or forfeit a credit. [Final policy pending.]
Does this replace my doctor?
No. Parnasa does not replace your primary care physician or specialist. We encourage you to share results and plans with them.
